Julia Owdziej has been a Referee at the Juvenile Court for 5 years, she primarily handles the delinquency docket at the court. Previously, she was a Washtenaw County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for 8 years. She graduated from Michigan State University and Detroit College of Law.
